The training program organized by the Student Affairs Directorate for faculty secretaries and academic unit student affairs staff at our university began with an opening speech by our Vice-Rector, Prof. Dr. Senay Yürür Karslıoğlu. The program took place on April 22, 2024, in two sessions, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
After providing information on basic regulations related to education and teaching, Student Affairs Director Rasim Çetik was followed by presentations from the following department heads: Faruk Bülbül, Head of the Education and Training Branch, discussed the implementation principles of Article 44 of Law No. 2547; Enes Şahin, Head of the Automation and Reporting Branch, demonstrated the use of the student information system screens; Dilber Servi, Head of the Diploma and Graduation Procedures Branch, covered diploma preparation; and Şemsi Özkan, Head of the Correspondence and Support Services Branch, addressed common issues encountered in correspondence. The program concluded with a Q&A session.
